Booking Policy:

- To book a service with Initial - M, customers must visit our website and follow the booking process. By booking an appointment, customers agree to abide by our policies and terms.

 

Payment Policy:

- Initial - M requires an initial booking fee of $150 to secure an appointment. This fee is non-refundable and covers the reservation of our mobile mechanic team's time and resources.

- Refunds for the initial fee are available if the client cancels the appointment with at least 5 days' notice. Please allow up to [X] business days for the refund to be processed.

- The initial fee is non-refundable if the client cancels with less than 5 days' notice or misses the appointment without prior notice.

 

Information Collection:

- After booking an appointment, our dedicated team will reach out to the client within 3-5 business days of the scheduled appointment date to gather detailed information about the car's situation and service requirements.

 

Service Preparation:

- At Initial - M, we are committed to delivering successful services. Our team thoroughly prepares the necessary tools, equipment, and parts to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

 

Location Requirements:

- To facilitate our mobile service, it is essential that the client's car is parked in a house driveway with a clearance of 4-5 feet and free from any other vehicles or obstacles.

 

Inspection and Safety:

- As part of our commitment to safety, our team conducts a comprehensive safety inspection of the client's vehicle before commencing the service. This mandatory inspection is aimed at identifying potential safety concerns.

 

Service Process:

- Upon arrival at the client's location, our team initiates a timer to log the service time accurately. We will notify the client once the service is complete, and if required, request a test drive to ensure the vehicle's proper functioning.

 

Test Drive and Quality Assurance:

- Following the completion of the service, our team conducts a thorough test drive and performs necessary quality checks to ensure that the work has been carried out successfully.

 

Reporting and Payment:

- After the service, Initial - M provides the client with a comprehensive report detailing the car's condition and specifics of any repair work performed.

- Payment for the service can be made using various methods, including credit cards, cash, or other agreed-upon forms of payment.

 

Additional Issues:

- If our inspection identifies additional issues or suggested repairs beyond the initial service request, we will provide the client with a list of these issues and suggestions.

- Depending on the client's preference, a new appointment can be scheduled to address these additional issues. Payment for additional services will be required.

 

Cancellation Policy:

- Clients may cancel their appointments with Initial - M by providing at least 5 days' notice. In such cases, the initial fee of $150 will be refunded in full within [X] business days.
